New armed clashes between the Turkey-loyal factions after they disagree on smuggling crossings northeast of Aleppo

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes last night in the villages of Jubb al-Na’asan and al-Sekkary in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, between members of Ahrar al-Sham movement against members of al-Hamzat faction, and sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that the clashes were caused by differences between these factions on smuggling crossings, amid a state of terror among civilians as a result of the use of shells during clashes.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 13th of October 2019 that violent clashes took place in a new round of factional fighting, near the youth housing in Al-Bab city east of Aleppo, where Al-Hamzah Division clashed against Sultan Murad Division, where the factions used light and medium weapons, without information about casualties so far.
