The regime forces continue their attacks on positions of the jihadi groups in Kabani hills for the third day in a row, and about 35 people have been killed of both parties in the past 48 hours

Areas in Kabani hills in Jabal al-Akrad in Latakia countryside are witnessing violent clashes for the 3rd day in a row, in an attack carried out by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them on positions of the Islamic and jihadi factions in the area, with ground and air cover by Russian warplanes and the regime’s helicopters in addition to hundreds of missile shells, while the regime forces were able to advance in positions in the area after the withdrawal of the jihadi groups from them, and the Syrian Observatory documented the rise of death toll in the last 48 hours, where more than 19 were killed during the past two days of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them including officers, and 15 fighters of the jihadi groups.

In the same context, Russian warplanes breach again the cautious calm of the area since midnight of yesterday, where they shelled Taqad town in the western countryside of Aleppo, which injured one person, while the regime forces shelled sheikh Mustafa, Kafrsajna, and Babulin in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the Jihadi factions shelled positions of the regime forces in Sahl al-Ghab using mortar shells, but no information about casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4263, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 26th of October 2019, and they are: 1093 civilians including 267 children and 195 citizen women, and they are 230 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 92 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 146 people including 26 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1723 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1129 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1454 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 26th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4792 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1372 civilians including 348 children under the age of eighteen and 259 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1809 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1164 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1611 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5023 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1455 civilians including 377 children and 273 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1876 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1266 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1694 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
