An IED explosion in a military vehicle in Sluk Township north of Al-Raqqah leaves injuries among the members of the pro-Turkey faction of “Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah”

A violent explosion was heard today evening in Sluk Township in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, it turned to be caused by an IED explosion in a military vehicle affiliated to the pro-Turkey faction of “Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah”, which resulted in the injury of 8 members some of whom have seriously wounded.

And the SOHR documented on the 23rd of October 2019, the killing of 3 persons including 2 boys under the age of eighteen, and a member of Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah faction, in addition to the injury of about 18 others including citizens and military personnel of the Turkey-loyal faction of Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah, due to the explosion of a booby trapped vehicle in Sluk Township in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.
