The Turkish forces shell the villages of Ras Al-Ayn by heavy artillery in conjunction with fierce clashes between the Turkey-loyal factions against the regime forces and SDF in the area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling carried out by the Turkish forces targeting areas in Zarkan Township (Abu Rasin) in the eastern countryside of Ras Al-Ayn city north of Al-Hasakah, along with fierce clashes by different kinds of weapons, between the Syria Democratic forces and the regime forces on one hand, against the pro-Turkey factions on the other, in places in the areas of Al-Salmasah and Al-Qahira west of Tal Tamr, as well as Al-Matmourah and Dada Abdal east of Ras Al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye), in an attempt by the Turkey-loyal factions to advance and take control of the abovementioned areas, without information about casualties so far.

And the SOHR published hours ago, that the violent clashes area continuing between the Syria Democratic Forces against the pro-Turkey factions in areas in the countryside of Ras Al-Ayn city (Sere Kaniye) within the area that lead to Tal Tamr, and the clashes are concentrated in the vicinity of Al-Salihiyah, Arishah and Al-Daoudiyah accompanied by exchange of targeting and shelling.

And the SOHR learned that the regime forces were present in the clash area and withdrew during these clashes, along with bringing -the regime forces- military reinforcements of heavy gears and soldiers from Tal Tamr towards the frontlines and clash areas, and the SOHR published hours ago, that places in Abu Rasin (Zarkan) area in the eastern countryside of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) are witnessing clashes, between the Turkey-loyal factions against the regime forces who have deployed in the area recently, accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting, in attacks carried out by the factions with air support by the Turkish drones, and the clashes are concentrated in Bab al-Khair area, Om Naher, Om Eshbeh, and Darda, after the factions managed yesterday to control of Tal Thiab village, where the Observatory obtained a video showing a person identified himself to be part of the 2nd Corps of the “National Army”, where he declared the control of the village and that the Syrian regime’s flag was raised on one of the headquarters of the Syria Democratic Forces, which he described as “one of the headquarters of Kurdistan Workers’ Party “, while his companions chanted “Allahu Akbar” while the first member was removing the Syrian flag, throwing it on the ground, and stepping over it with his foot.
