After being absent for about 20 hours .. the Russian warplanes resume their bombardment on the “de-escalation” zone through raids that targeted positions in the southern countryside of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed bombardment on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where the Russian warplanes returned to fly in the skies of the area after about 20 hours, and targeted Rakaya Sajna town in the southern countryside of Idlib by several raids, in conjunction with artillery and rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Kafr Sajna, Maarrat Hurmah, Rakaya and Um Al-Sir in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, as well as Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, without information about casualties.

And the SOHR published this morning that, the “de-escalation” zone has been witnessing cautious calm since midnight of Monday – Tuesday, interrupted by exchange of targeting by shells and heavy machineguns, between the regime forces against the factions, in the frontlines in both southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, also the factions managed to thwart an infiltration operation by the regime forces to the factions’ positions in the area of Al-Kherbah in Abu Al-Duhur countryside in the eastern countryside of Idlib, where clashes erupted between the both parties and ended with the withdrawal of the regime forces’ members just before midnight, while the Russian warplanes have been absent from the skies of the “de-escalation” zone since yesterday afternoon for about 15 hours.
