Leading sources in the SDF: the regime forces’ withdrawal from Tal Tamr and the delay of the Russian patrol aim to put pressure over the SDF

Leading sources in the Syria Democratic forces, told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces’ withdrawal today morning from the frontlines against the Turkish forces and their loyal factions in Tal Tamr, as well as the delay of launching the Russian patrol in the area, aim to put pressure over the SDF to accept the conditions of the regime and Russia, especially after the Ministry of Defense in the Syrian regime called on the SDF to join the ranks of the regime forces in order to repel the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territory.

And the sources added that it is related to the recent U.S. movements after killing the leader of the “Islamic State” organization, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and the return of the U.S. forces to enter the Syrian north again, in addition to the recent movements of the U.S. House of Representatives, which approved yesterday evening the imposition of sanctions on Turkey, by 403 votes to only 16, where it is now up to the U.S. Senate as it is scheduled to discuss the issue of imposing the sanctions, in the shadow of consensus between Democrats and Republicans about the necessity of imposing sanctions over Turkey due to its military interference in the north-east Syria through the operation “Peace Spring” with participation of the Syrian factions that are loyal to Turkey.
