More than 90 people have been killed of the regime forces and jihadist groups during 7 consecutive days of shelling and violent clashes in Latakia mountains

Clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against jihadi factions, in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, after an advancement attempt by the first in sites of the latter, while the jihadi organizations managed to damage a military bulldozer and kill about 12 members of the regime forces during the last few hours, also 3 members of the factions were killed during the shelling and clashes in the same area, it worth mentioning that this is the seventh consecutive day of violent clashes.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 29th of October 2019 that the SOHR documented the death of 16 members of the regime forces including 2 lieutenant officers while 9 members of the jihadi factions were killed in Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented in the first 3 days that the SOHR documented during the first 3 days of the attack on Latakia countryside, the killing of more than 50 persons including 30 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, and 21 members of the factions and jihadi groups.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4306, the number of people who were killed since the 31st of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 30th of October 2019, and they are: 1099 civilians including 269 children and 195 citizen women, and they are 234 including 45 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 92 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 148 people including 26 women and 25 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1735 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1138 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1479 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 31st of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4835 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1378 civilians including 350 children under the age of eighteen and 259 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1821 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1173 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1636 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5066 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1461 civilians including 379 children and 273 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1888 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1275 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1719 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
