Violent clashes renew in Latakia mountains for the 9th day in a row in conjunction with hundreds of air and ground strikes on “Putin – Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the regime forces by snipers of the jihadi factions, in al-Hakura area at the northwestern countryside of Hama, while clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the Islamic and jihadi factions in Kabani area at Latakia countryside, followed by violent clashes in several areas at the same countryside, while the Russian warplanes carried out about 20 raids targeting Kafrsajna, Jabbala, al-Rkaya, Hass, Maarrat al-Nu’man, and Tahtaya south of Idlib city, and the vicinity of al-Yunsiyyeh in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory documented hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 6 civilians mostly from the same family including a child and a woman, in a massacre carried out by the Russian warplanes which targeted Jabbala village in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces targeted by more than 220 rocket shells areas in Huraytan and Anadan in the northern countryside of Aleppo, Jabbala, Kafrsajna, Rakaya, and Obin in Idlib countryside, and al-Sirmaniyah and al-Ziyara in the western countryside of Hama, in addition to Kabani, al-Hadadah, and al-Khader in Latakia countryside, also rocket shells were launched by the factions and fell on Nile Street neighborhood in city Aleppo which is controlled by the regime forces and injured a child.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4352, the number of people who were killed since the 31st of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 2nd of November 2019, and they are: 1099 civilians including 270  children and 196 citizen women, and they are 240 including 46 children and 44 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 92 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 148 people including 26 women and 25 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1746 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1149 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1507 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 2nd of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4878  people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1382 civilians including 351 children under the age of eighteen and 260 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1832 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1184 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1664 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5111 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1465 civilians including 380 children and 274 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1899 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1286 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1747 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
