A bomb targets the People’s Municipal Council in light of the escalating security chaos and the increasing activity of ISIS operatives in the SDF areas

The Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that two masked men riding a motorcycle threw a grenade at the building of the People’s Municipality Council in Theban town of Deir Ezzor countryside, without causing injuries.
The Syrian Observatory reported that it was learned that a group of residents of the town of Shuhail in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, ambushed people who blackmail the people of the area, in order to get money on the pretext that it is “zakat”, under the threat of death in the absence of payment Finance.
