For the first time since 2012, the regime forces deploy on the eastern outskirts of Qameshly, and a Turkish – Russian – American agreement about deploying regime’s border guards between Qameshly and Qahtaniyah

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new deployment of the regime forces in areas north and northeast of Syria, where sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that military vehicles of the regime forces carrying soldiers, military, and logistical equipment deployed in the eastern suburbs of Qameshly city, for the first time since 2012, and the Syrian Observatory also learned that notables in the area have been informed about a Russian – Turkish – American agreement, which leads to the Syrian regime deploying border guards at the border line in the area between Qameshly and Qahtaniyah, provided that there will be a presence for the American Forces deep in this area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the American Forces are preparing to establish a new military base in Zagat / Yanbou’ in the Malkiyyeh countryside on the road of the Simalka crossing, at the Turkish – Iraqi – Syrian triangle.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that the regime forces have deployed again during the past hours in the western countryside of al-Darbasiyah, after they withdrew on the 30th of October 2019, where the sources told the Syrian Observatory that the redeployment took place through more than 200 members heavily armed with heavy weapons and vehicles, and they were deployed in Qara Qermaniyyeh, Qirawan, Karabeshk, Shirik, Khirbet Haji Ibrahim, Hliwa, Arad, Dahr al-Arab, Kesra, Asadiyyeh, Tal Hermel, and other villages in the western countryside of al-Darbasiyah north of Abu Rasin (Zarkan) area, and the Syrian Observatory published days ago that the regime forces withdrew from the entire western countryside of Darbasiyah at the border with Turkey; in the area leading to Ras al-Ayn, they also withdrew from Abu Rasin town (Zarkan) and other villages of Tal Tamr Township.
