Russian bombardment continues on Idlib countryside as the regime continues its ground shelling

The Syrian Observatory monitored the continuation of bombing by Russian warplanes on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where they carried out several raids today Thursday on Ma’aret Hurmah, Maarrat al-Nu’man, and Sheikh Mustafa in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime shelled places in Hawijah in Sahl al-Ghab, and al-Rakaya and Tal al-Nar south of Idlib city, without any information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored sporadic clashes between the regime forces against the Islamic factions, in the front of Al-Rashideen west of Aleppo.

It was coincided with violent artillery shelling that targeted the area.

Meanwhile, the Russian warplanes renewed their bombardment on the “de-escalation” zone, where they targeted the vicinity of Maarrat Al-Nu’man city by 6 raids, they also targeted Arinbeh by 2 raids.

SOHR documented the death of a child in Al-Saharrah village affected by the injury he had due to today’s raids by Russian warplanes, while SOHR documented the death of 6 persons including 2 women today afternoon in the same massacre.

SOHR also documented the death of a citizen due to shelling by the Islamic factions that targeted the neighborhoods of Aleppo city.

While 3 helicopters dropped about 9 barrel bombs targeting the area of Kabani in Latakia countryside.

The bombardment by the regime and Russians warplanes was concentrated today on the vital facilities and residential buildings within the “de-escalation” zone.

The Russian warplanes renewed their raids, raising to 54, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Maarshourin, Hersh Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Shannan, Al-Mshirfah, Rakaya Sajna, Sheikh Mustafa, Maarrat Hurmah, Kafr Nubl, Tal al-Nabi Ayoub, Tal Mardikh, Banin, Tal Al-Nar and Maar Zita in Idlib countryside, the area of Kabani in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside Latakia, and Al-Saharra village in the western countryside of Aleppo.

On the other hand, the warplanes bombarded the “de-escalation” zone, for the 3rd consecutive day, where they carried out 11 raids this morning, targeting places in Jisr Al-Shughur city, the vicinity of Maraand, Al-Hallouz, Al-Najiyeh and Sheikh Sendian in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside west of Idlib city.

The “de-escalation” zone also witnessed continued and violent rocket shelling that targeted several areas in Latakia Mountains as well as the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, raising to about 340 shells and missiles since morning.
