Russian Forces bring new military reinforcements to the new military bases in Manbij and Ayn Issa

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Russian Forces bringing more military reinforcements towards their new military bases north and northeast of Syria, where they brought more trucks carrying military and logistical equipment to the Russian military base in Ayn Issa north of al-Raqqah, and to the Russian military base in Manbij area northeast of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Russian Forces brought at least 40 trucks (trailer trucks) to their new military base in Ayn Issa town north of al-Raqqah city, which was a Coalition base, and the trucks that arrived hours ago carry weapons and ammunition as well as military equipment and logistics, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that reinforcements of the Russian military police consist of at least 15 vehicles; arrived at the Russian military base in Radio Area about 4 km west of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) city, and the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday a joint Turkish – Russian patrol run in Ayn al-Arab city (Kobani) and its eastern countryside, and sources told the Syrian Observatory that several residents of the city threw stones at the patrol, as an expression of their displeasure with the Russian – Turkish agreement on the “safe area”, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new joint Russian – Turkish patrols are expected to run on Tuesday, where the Syrian Observatory received information about the possibility of running a joint patrol in Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) countryside from the side of Tal Abyad area, in addition to al-Darbasiyah countryside at the border with Turkey at noon on Tuesday, days after running the first patrol between both parties, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 1st of November 2019 that the Russian – Turkish patrol ended its first tour at the border with Turkey in the country of Amuda and al-Darbasiyah, and in the details monitored by the Observatory for the first patrol of the Russian – Turkish agreement: the patrol set off from Shirik village in al-Darbasiyah countryside and toured the patrol in villages of al-Darbasiyah, and other villages of Amuda about 10 km deep but Without entering al-Darbasiyah or Amuda towns, sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that residents of several villages received the patrol by throwing vegetables and garbage at them, to express their rejection of the Turkish – Russian agreement, before the patrol returned to its starting center in Shirik village and from there to the Turkish territory.
