The regime forces sustain casualties in shelling by the jihadi factions on Latakia countryside in conjunction with thwarting an advancement attempt by the regime forces in Kabani

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the killing of 3 members at least and the injury of others in the ranks of the regime forces, in Latakia countryside, after strikes by the factions that targeted positions of the regime forces in the areas of Kinsabba and Kabani north of Latakia.

Meanwhile, fierce clashes took place in the hills of Kabani today afternoon, due to an advancement attempt by the regime forces that has been thwarted by the jihadi factions, during which the regime forces sustained casualties in addition to the damage of a military minesweeper after being targeted by the jihadi factions by a rocket shell.

SOHR monitored hours ago, that it monitored artillery shelling targeted several towns in Idlib countryside, where the ground forces of the regime shelled Sheikh Damas, Kafrsajna, and Ma’aret Hurmah in the southern countryside of Idlib, in the same context, the jihadi factions launched home-made missiles targeting positions of the regime in al-Thahabiyah in the eastern countryside of Idlib, they also shelled areas of Joureen and al-Jub al-Ahmar in Sahl al-Ghab northwest of Hama, but no information about casualties so far.

in the same context, the Russian “guarantor’s” warplanes targeted the “de-escalation” area, where they carried out about 29 raids since midnight of yesterday until now targeting Sarmin, al-Neirab, al-Trenbeh, Sheikh Mustafa, and the vicinity of Kafrsajna in Idlib countryside, al-Bawabiyyah south of Aleppo, and Kabani area, al-Kheder, and al-Kenda in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored several helicopters of the Syrian regime targeting Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad with about 8 barrel bombs, while the regime forces continue the missile shelling on places in Ma’aret Hurmah, Sheikh Mustafa, Kafrsajna, and Tal al-Nar in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Om Jalal, al-Tah, al-Mshirfah, and al-Tina in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and places in the countryside of Latakia and Hama, raising to about 190, the number of shells and missiles that targeted several places within the “de-escalation” area.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a child in bombing by the Russian warplanes on Tarnabeh camp area south of Sarmin in Idlib countryside at midnight, also the bombing injured people with varying wounds, and the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of a member of the regime forces in al-Tamura front in the northern countryside of Aleppo, during sniping and clash operations.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 9th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4922 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1404 civilians including 359 children under the age of eighteen and 265 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1850 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1184 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1668 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
