10 casualties and injuries among members of the regime forces and the factions due to the exchange of targeting between both parties in Sahl Al-Ghab and Latakia Mountains

2 members of the rebel factions were killed and 2 others were injured due to targeting by the regime forces by a guided missile to a military vehicle of Jaysh Al-Nasr on Al-Ankawi – Jabal Al-Zawiya Road in the north-west of Hama province.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces installing mobile guided missile launchpads in Sahl Al-Ghab, while sources informed the SOHR that the regime forces install a guided missile launchpad at Al-Mashari’ checkpoint to surveil Al-Qarqur – Sheikh Sandian Road, they also installed another rocket launchpad at Al-Hakurah checkpoint to surveil Al-Qahera – Al-Ankawi Road, in addition to mobile launchpads installed aboard military vehicles, thus, all the roads of Sahl Al-Ghab became surveiled.

In connection to this, the jihadi factions shelled position of the regime forces in Al-Baraghithi village which is located near Abu Al-Duhur town east of Idlib, without information about casualties.

Meanwhile, 3 members of the regime forces were killed and others were injured after targeting their positions in Tallat Al-Durrah in Jabal Al-Turkman by factions operating in the area.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4406, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of November 2019, and they are: 1126 civilians including 280 children and 202 citizen women, and they are 259 including 54 children and 49 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 149 people including 26 women and 25 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1766 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1149 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1514 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4932 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1409 civilians including 361 children under the age of eighteen and 266 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1852 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1184 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1671 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5165 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1492 civilians including 390 children and 280 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1919 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1286 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1754 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
