After being arrested before 4 years .. a citizen from Arbin in the Eastern Ghouta died under torture in the regime’s security detention centers

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen from Arbin city in the Eastern Ghouta in Rif Dimashq, under torture in the regime’s security detention centers after about 4 years of detention, where his family was informed today that it is necessary to get back to one of the regime’s security branches in the capital Damascus to receive his personal documents after his death.
