24 members of SDF and the pro-Turkey factions were killed in the past 24 hours amid violent and continued clashes

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a spike in the number of people killed in clashes and military operation between Syria Democratic Forces and their military councils on one hand, and the pro-Turkey factions on the other.

13 members of SDF were killed, in addition to the killing of 11 members of the Turkey-loyal factions, according to what SOHR documented in the past 24.

Meanwhile, the clashes are still raging, where the pro-Turkey factions are seeking to take control of strategic positions while SDF defend their areas desperately.

SOHR also monitored fierce clashes between SDF against the pro-Turkey factions in the area of “Yalshi” north-west of Manbij city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

Sources informed SOHR that there are military mobilizations by SDF and the regime forces at the outskirts of “Yalshi” village, without information about injuries so far.

With the fall of more casualties, the death toll among the Syria Democratic Forces, military councils and internal security forces since the start of the Turkish military operation on Wednesday afternoon have risen to 433. The SOHR also documented the death of 28 members of the regime forces as a result of a missile targeting by the Turkish-backed factions on the areas of north-west of Manbij and the east of Ayn Issa town in positions of the regime forces’ deployment. Meanwhile, the number of deaths among Syrian factions loyal to Ankara and the pro-Turkey cells killed in the attacks and clashes against the SDF during the same period reached 309, including 21 of the cells loyal to Ankara killed in clashes with the SDF, in addition to 10 Turkish soldiers were killed during the battles, amid information about more dead Turks on the Turkish-Syrian border, and the number of those killed is likely to rise due to the high number of wounded, some of them in serious cases.
