Civilians displace southeast of Idlib in conjunction with regime forces’ escalation on the area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the displacement movement of civilians in villages and towns at the southern countryside of Idlib, fearing a military operation by the regime forces on the area, in conjunction with the escalation of shelling by the “regime forces” on the area, where they continue the rocket shelling targeting areas of al-Tah, Tahtaya, and the contact lines southeast of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory also monitored Russian airstrikes targeted areas of al-Zarzour and the vicinity of al-Wibda village, of which the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were able to control in the last few hours, the Syrian Observatory also monitored barrel bombs dropped by regime’s helicopters on Kabani area north of Latakia, Kafr Nubl city, Ma’aret Hurmah, Maarzita, and Bsaqla, in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the Russian warplanes targeted al-Mshirfah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib with more than 15 airstrikes since midnight of yesterday until now, in addition to airstrikes targeted the outskirts of Hazarin in the southern countryside of Idlib, coincided with violent clashes since midnight until this morning between the rebel factions and the jihadi groups against the regime forces, in Ajaz area, al-Mshirfah, and al-Wibda in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, during which the regime forces were able to take control of Wibda village located on the contact lines, in conjunction with intense rocket shelling target the villages of al-Zarzour, al-Ferja, Om al-Khalkhal, and al-Halba in the southeastern countryside of Idlib.
