The factions and Tahrir al-Sham regained control of the strategic village of al-Mashrafa a few hours after the regime entered it

The rebel and Islamic factions along with Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham were able to regain control of al-Mashrafa village southeast of Idlib, which the regime controlled after midnight, where they recovered it after an offensive by the factional with an intense shelling, where the regime forces were unable to repel the attack despite the intense airstrikes and hundreds of ground strikes, so they withdrew from the village shortly, and the Syrian Observatory documented casualties in the ranks of both parties due to the air and ground shelling and clashes since yesterday evening, where 12 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed, also 10 fighters of the factions and the jihadi fighters were killed, amid information about capturing members of the regime forces, also Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham launched rocket shells targeting the regime forces in al-Jubb al-Ahmar front in the northern countryside of Latakia, al-Lwibdeh village, and Tal Khaznah southeast of Idlib, while the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Ma’aret Hurmah and surrounding Karsa’a in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the Russian warplanes renewed the bombardment on Idlib countryside targeting places in al-Hamdiyyeh area in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4545, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of November 2019, and they are: 1162 civilians including 290 children and 210 citizen women, and they are 283 including 62 children and 54 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 91 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 155 people including 29 women and 26 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 84 citizens including 27 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1813 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1180 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1570 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5071 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1445 civilians including 371 children under the age of eighteen and 274 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 110 people including 32 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1899 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1213 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1727 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5304 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1528 civilians including 400 children and 288 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 111 people including 32 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1966 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1317 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1810 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
