Violent clashes continue in the south-east of Idlib amid intense exchange of shelling between the regime forces and the factions

Fierce clashes are continuing between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham on the other, in areas in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where clashes are concentrating in areas in the vicinity of Sahal and al-Ferja villages in a continued attack by the regime forces under a cover of heavy firepower.

This attack comes in the frame of attempts by the regime forces to achieve more advancement and take control of new villages in the area, amid confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.

In the same context, the factions targeted by rocket shells, the villages of Al-Mshirfah, Um Al-Khalakhil and Al-Zarzur over which the regime forces imposed their control yesterday and after midnight.

Meanwhile, helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the area of Kabani in Jabal Al-Akrad, while Russian warplanes carried out raids today afternoon, on Tremla south of Idlib.
