Fierce clashes renew between the Kurdish forces and pro-Ankara factions in the north of Aleppo in conjunction with intense exchange of shelling

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored fierce clashes in areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo, after midnight of Friday – Saturday, between Turkey-loyal factions on one hand, and the Kurdish forces deployed in the area on the other, where clashes were concentrated in the areas of Kafr Khasher and Kafr Kalbain, accompanied by exchange targeting and shelling, amid information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.

The Kurdish forces also shelled with more than 15 shells, areas in Azaz city and its vicinity after midnight, while the Turkish forces responded by shelling places in Al-Alqamiyyeh, Kafr Anton and Menagh Military Airbase which are under control of the Kurdish forces.
