Confirming what the Syrian Observatory published, the Russians and the regime spread in Amuda and expand their deployment areas northeast of Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the deployment of the Russian forces and the regime forces in Amuda area at the border with Turkey, while the Russian forces and the regime forces have completed their deployment in Amuda Silos near the international highway of “Aleppo – Hasakah”, known as the M4, after the withdrawal of the Turkish Forces and their loyal factions to the north of the area in accordance with a Russian – Turkish agreement, also the Syria Democratic Forces had withdrawn 4 kilometers south of the international road.

And according to Syrian Observatory’s sources, “the international road will be managed by the regime forces and forces of the Russian police”, and the sources added: “the regime forces are advancing slowly away of the media in Tal Tamr countryside, amid widespread reports among the Turkish-backed factions about waiting orders to withdraw at any moment.”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the regime forces have been deployed today in al-Alya Silos in Al-Hasakah countryside after Russian Turkish negotiations, reliable sources informed that it has been agreed to run joint patrols between the Turkish forces and Russia on the highway M4, in addition to separating the south of the highway M4 “areas under Russia supervision”, and the north of the highway “areas under supervision of Turkey” with factions loyal to it.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that informed sources dismissed news circulated on media outlets affiliated with the regime, about handing over the entire area of “Ayn Issa” to the regime forces and the withdrawal of Syria Democratic Forces from it.

In statements to SOHR, the sources confirmed that the action of transporting the headquarters of and centers of the Autonomous Administration of north and east Syria from Ayn Issa to Al-Raqqah, comes in the shadow of considering Ayn Issa area as an area of clash, and there are no any accords to hand the area over to the regime forces.

It is noteworthy that media outlets affiliated to the “regime” said that according to an agreement between Russia and SDF, the latter withdraw from Ayn Issa in Al-Raqqah and hand it over to the regime forces.
