Sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the second explosion was also caused by a booby-trapped vehicle explosion, without information about casualties so far.
SOHR monitored an explosion short time ago, hit Ras al-Ayn city (Sere Kaniye) which is located north of Al-Hasakah and which is under control of the Turkish forces and factions loyal to them.
It turned out to be caused by the explosion of a booby-trapped vehicle near Al-Juzah Roundabout in the city, which resulted in the killing of a person and injured others.
