The jihadi groups fend off attacks by the regime forces in Jabal Al-Akrad and the eastern countryside of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the outbreak of fierce clashes in Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and the jihadi groups on the other, in an attempt by the regime forces to advance into the area, amid exchange of targeting and shelling.

Meanwhile, clashes erupted between both parties in Tawil al-Haleeb area in Abu Al-Duhur countryside east of Idlib city, while the regime forces renewed their shelling on areas in Al-Hawwash, Al-Hwaija and Jesr Bayt al-Ras in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama.

In connection to this, a child was injured after the fall of shells fired by the factions on Aziziyah village which is under control of the regime forces in the north-western countryside of Hama.
