Locals of al-Jerthi al-Sharqi take part in a demonstration in protest against the poor living condition and deteriorating education reality

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a demonstration included locals of al-Jerthi al-Sharqi village which is under control of Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, in which the demonstrators called for improving the living situation, and protested against the poor education reality, lack in the number of teachers and distributing insufficient curriculum in addition to not supporting schools as required, the demonstrators also lifted signboards written on some them “the poor suffer from hunger and the rich suffer from fullness, dollar swallows the salary and poverty swallows the employee”, “we want increase in salary not in the rate of the dollar, nepotism is our chronic disease, when we will be healed from it?!”
