Paper leaflets in the neighborhoods of Damascus demand the ‘release of detainees’ and sustain the necessities of life

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored paper leaflets left by unknown persons in the neighborhoods of Ruken al-Din, Shamdeen Square, Maysat Square and Shko Park in the capital of Damascus, with writings on them demanding the release of detainees in regime prisons and improving living conditions, and denouncing sectarianism in schools and government departments, which say “the detainees first, all of them – we want gas, Mazout, electricity and all the necessities of life – No to sectarianism in schools, government departments, streets or anywhere else.. We are suffering because of you”.
