Nearly 45 air strikes target the “Putin-Erdogan” area since the morning, killing and injuring a displaced family in Binnish

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more casualties as a result of the Russian air strikes on Idlib province, where a child and a girl child siblings were killed by the raids carried out by the Russian “guarantor” aircrafts on the outskirts of Binnish city in Idlib countryside, as the rest of the family members with varying injuries caused by the bombing, while the number of raids carried out by Russian warplanes since the morning on Harran, Al-Rafa, the outskirts of Masaran, the vicinity of Binnish and the eastern outskirts of Idlib city, and  Jazraya town in the southern Aleppo countryside, raised to 18 , while the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on areas in Al-Haraki, the vicinity of Deir al-Sharqi, The outskirts of Al-Sarman, Maasaran, Al-Ghadqah, Abu Dafneh, Jarjanaz, Maar-shmarin, Abu Makki in the eastern countryside of Maarat al-Numan and  Kabana’s confrontation line in Jabal al-Akrad.

As more casualties have been reported, the number of people killed since the last “Putin-Erdogan” agreement on August 31 to December 16, raised to 837, they are 226 civilians, including 67 children and 44 women killed by the regime and Russian “guarantor” aircrafts, as well as ground bombardments and targets. They are 100, including 34 children and 17 women, in the Russian air strikes on Idlib and Hama countryside,  and 15, including 3 women and 6 children were killed in barrel bombs by helicopters, and 32, including 5 children and 6 women were killed in the targeting of regime warplanes, and 65 people, including 16 women and 17 children were killed in ground shelling by the regime, and 14 civilians, including 5 children and 2 women were killed by the factions shelling on the regime-held areas In Aleppo city and its countryside and Hama countryside, in the same period, at least 291 fighters were killed by the regime and Russians in aerial and ground strikes and in clashes , including 192 jihadists, in addition to the deaths of 320 members of regime forces and allied militants in targeting, bombing, explosions and clashes with jihadist groups and factions.

The death toll since the start of the most violent escalation in the “de-escalation” zone on April 30, as of December 16, raised to 4,938, including 1271 civilians, including 327 children and 230 women were killed by the regime and Russian “guarantor” warplanes, in addition to bombardment and ground targets, they are 326, including 78 children, 60 women, 9 civil defense and 6 of the emergency service by the Russian air strikes in both Idlib and Hama countryside, and 103,  including 22 women and 21 children were killed in barrel bombs by helicopters, 569 including 159 children, 96 women and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed also in targeting by the regime warplanes. A further 179 people, including 36 women and 38 children, were killed in ground bombardments carried out by regime forces, and 94 civilans, including 31 children and 16 women were killed by the factions shelling on Saqalbya, Qamhanah, Al-Rasif, Aziziya, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairb camp and other neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, In the same period, at least 1,956 fighters were killed by the regime and Russian air and ground strikes and clashes, including 1,279 jihadists, in addition to 1,711 regime forces and allied militants killed in targets, bombings, explosions and clashes with jihadist groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019, the date of the meeting of “Ruhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 16th of December 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the deaths and killing of 5464 people in the Russian –Turkish truce areas, they are 1554 civilians including 408 children and 294 women, they were killed by the Russian air strikes and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians is 120 people including 34 children and 20 women were killed in shell launched by the factions on the regime-held areas, and 2042 fighters were killed in different circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1311 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1868 of the regime forces and allied militias.

 SOHR also documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the deaths of 5698 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1637 civilians including 437 children and 308 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the allied militias , targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 121 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in by shell launched by the factions, and 2109 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1415 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1952 members of the regime forces and allied militias.
