Unknown people attempt to assassinate a citizen refused to pay them money, as activity of ISIS cells increases in “SDF” areas
Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored gunfire by unidentified gunmen targeted the home of one of the citizens in al-Busayrah town in Deir Ezzor countryside, sources told the “Syrian Observatory” that unknown people believed to be of cells of the “Islamic State” Organization; demanded the citizen to pay money but he refused to do so, also the house was targeted by an IED on the 29th of October 2019.
