32 persons killed or injured in the intensive aerial and ground bombardment on Idlib province since morning

Death toll is still continuing to rise due to the intensive aerial and ground bombardment on Idlib province, where it rose to at least 14, the number of citizens who were killed since morning, they are: 6 citizens of a single family (a citizen woman and 3 of her children and 2 other women), were killed due to a massacre committed by the regime forces through their ground shelling on Bdama village in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside, 4 citizens were killed in air strikes carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Maasaran village in the southern countryside of Idlib, a citizen woman was killed after targeting by the regime’s warplanes to Tal Mannas town, a citizen was killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Tal Mannas town, a citizen was killed after targeting by the regime’s warplanes to the outskirts of Babilla village, a citizen was killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Maarshamsheh village in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of more than 18 injuries some of whom are in serious conditions.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 857, the number of people who were killed since the last agreement of “Putin – Erdogan” on the 31st of August 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of December 2019, and they are: 243 civilians including 71 children and 50 citizen women, and they are 103 including 35 children and 19 women were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 17 including 3 women and 6 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 38 including 5 children 7 women were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 71 people including 19 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 14 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the factions on regime forces’-controlled areas in Aleppo and its countryside and the countryside of Hama, while at least 291 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 192 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 323 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

Thus, it rose to at least 4958, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of December 2019, and they are: 1288 civilians including 331 children and 236 citizen women, and they are 329 including 79 children and 62 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 6 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 105 including 22 women and 21 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 575 including 159 children, 97 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 185 people including 39 women and 41 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 94 citizens including 31 children and 16 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1956 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1279 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1714 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 17th of December 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5484 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1571 civilians including 412 children under the age of eighteen and 300 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 120 people including 34 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2042 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1311 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1871 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5720 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1654 civilians including 441 children and 314 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 121 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2109 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1415 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1955 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
