4 people killed in the car bomb explosion north of Al-Hasakah, and another explosion hits the border crossing of Tal Abyad leaving casualties and injuries

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new explosion that hit the controlled areas of the Turkish forces and factions loyal to them north-east of Syria, where a landmine went off in a vehicle in the area of Tal Abyad crossing at the border with Turkey in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, leaving several people dead or wounded.

In connection to this, at least 4 persons were killed in the today’s car bomb explosion in Al-Mabrukah town in the countryside of Ras al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye) north of Al-Hasakah.

SOHR has just monitored, a loud explosion rocked Mabrukah town in Ras Al-Ain countryside north of Al-Hasakah, which is under control of the Turkish forces and factions loyal to them, it turned to be caused by a bomb-laden car that went off today morning in the town.

The explosion resulted in the injury of 5 persons at least, where it comes as a part of successive explosions that target the controlled areas of Turkish-backed factions in north-east Syria.

On December 6, the Syrian Observatory reported that areas under control of the Turkish forces and factions loyal to them in north-east Syria, are witnessing mounting security escalation through continued explosions in both Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the 5 explosion by using booby-trapped vehicles during the past week, 3 of them have been carried out in Ras Al-Ayn city, one in Tal Halaf town west of Ras Al-Ayn, and the latest was in Ayn Arous village in Tal Abyad countryside.

These explosions resulted in the killing of 3 citizens and military personnel, as well as the injury of 19 others with varying severity, without any movements by the Turks or the factions to control this state of lawlessness, as they are busy looting and thieving the citizens and clamping down on them, in order to push them leave their areas especially the Kurdish citizens.

SOHR also monitored the explosion of 16 booby-trapped vehicles that hit both countryside of Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah near the Syrian – Turkish border between late October and yesterday, Thursday the 5th of December 2019.

The explosions were confined to limited areas they are: Tal Abyad city, Sluk town, the villages of Ayn Arous and Hamam Al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, Ras Al-Ayn city, and Tal Halaf  town in the western countryside of Ras Al-Ayn north of Al-Hasakah.

12 of these explosion have been carried out by  using car bombs and 4 by booby-trapped motorcycle, which caused gross casualties among citizens and military personnel of those loyal to Ankara.

SOHR documented during this period, the killing of 53 persons at least, they are 22 citizens including 5 children, and 30 fighters of the Turkish-backed factions of the “National Army”, also 147 persons at least were injured with varying severity, some of them are still in critical conditions and others sustained permanent disability.
