Three SDF fighters killed by ISIS cells in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: armed members believed to be cells of the “Islamic State” organization, targeted a military vehicle of Syria Democratic Forces with machineguns, in Al-Shahabat village on the road to Abu Khashab town. The attack left at least three SDF members dead.

In connection to this, two masked men on a motorcycle opened fire on a checkpoint of SDF at the junction of Thiban town. Members at the checkpoint responded with gunfire on these masked men injuring one of them, while the other escaped. The cross fire resulted in injuring a woman while being in the area.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to 415 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the four provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 131 civilians including six children and five women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 280 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and four members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human documented tens of injuries due to these assassinations.
