Russian warplanes consecutively bombard Saraqib .. 40 casualties documented among regime and factions in Idlib and Latakia battles

The Syrian Observatory has documented the death of a civilian affected by the injury he had in bombardment by regime warplanes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man city days ago.

In connection to this, several Russian warplanes consecutively bombarded the southern outskirts of Saraqib with high-explosive missiles, raising the number of today’s raids to 13.

On the other hand, the regime ground forces shelled village in Jabal Shashaboo in the northern countryside of Hama, and areas in the southern countryside of Idlib. Meanwhile fierce clashes erupted in the area of Muqah town, but no information about casualties was reported so far.

SOHR has documented the killing of 36 jihadis and regime soldiers during clashes in Idlib countryside, including 27 regime soldiers and 9 fighters of jihadi factions. SOHR also documented the killing of 3 other regime soldiers in Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad, during sporadic clashes in the area.

Meanwhile, the regime forces launched high-explosive missiles targeting the bushes of Bsonqul and Mahmbel town in the western countryside of Idlib, which injured several people.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1307, the number of people who were killed since the last agreement of “Putin – Erdogan” on the 31st of August 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until today, and they are: 311 civilians including 82 children and 62 citizen women, and they are 140 including 43 children and 24 women were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 19 including three women and six children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 61 including seven children 13 women were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 77 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 14 citizens including five children and two women were killed in shelling by the factions on regime forces’-controlled areas in Aleppo and its countryside and the countryside of Hama, while at least 478 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 346 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 518 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

It rose to at least 5408, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until today, and they are: 1356 civilians including 342 children and 248 citizen women, and they are 366 including 87 children and 67 women, and nine of the civil defense and six of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 107 including 22 women and 21 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 598 including 162 children, 103 women, and five members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 191 people including 40 women and 41 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 94 citizens including 31 children and 16 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 2143 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1433 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1909 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today; the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5934 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1639 civilians including 423 children under the age of eighteen and 312 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 120 people including 34 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2229 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1465 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 2066 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 6168 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1722 civilians including 452 children and 326 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 121 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2296 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1569 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 2150 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
