Rejecting violations of the “National Army” factions in Tal Abyad, calls for demonstrations tomorrow after these factions killed a person from the city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned today that residents and activists of “Tal Abyad” city are preparing to demonstrate tomorrow Friday, in al-Hurriyyah Square in the city, to demand an end to violations of the “National Army” factions there, and expel the faction of “al-Majd Legion” and the rest of factions of the “National Army” from the city, and hand over its affairs to the police. This call came after yesterday’s incident in which a person from “Tal Abyad” was brutally murdered by these factions.

Reliable sources confirmed on the 1st of January 2019 the death of a citizen in Tal Abyad area in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah, after he defended himself while a group of “al-Majd Legion” attempted to get him out of his car trying to steal it, and the sources explained that the young man -who is a civilian- was killed after being hit on the head with an iron stick.
