Dispute among Turkish-backed factions over crossings control in Aleppo leaves one member dead

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has learned that clashes erupted between members of the 9th Division against other members of al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah, using machineguns.

SOHR sources have reported that disagreement ignited in Jarabulus area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, over controlling the border crossing with Turkey. The clashes resulted in the killing of a member of al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah and left many civilians injured.

SOHR has learned that supports and military mobilizations came from different areas to fight in the side of the 9th Division.

On December 17, SOHR has reported that the Turkish-backed factions still raising the state of lawlessness in the areas under their control, where rife weapons in possession of the members poses a threat over the residents, emerges with the first hassle between each others, which turns the area into a real battle field.

In this context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the residents’ discontent due to clashes between the factions of al-Sharqiyyah and Ahrar Al-Sham using individual weapons and machineguns, in Jendires area in Afrin countryside north of Aleppo.
