SDF clash with ISIS cells in rural Deir Ezzor after several SDF members were killed

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this evening sporadic clashes, between cells of the “Islamic State” Organization against members of the Syria Democratic Forces, in al-Hwaij village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about casualties so far.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented hours ago that a member of the Syria Democratic Forces was killed, another was injured after an attack by unidentified gunmen targeted oil tankers near al-Afif oil well north Deir Ezzor, and the armed attack caused material damage in the tankers.

In the same context, a landmine planted by unknown people on the road of the water purification station of al-Hawayej in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor exploded, which killed three members of the Syria Democratic Forces and injured 3 others.
