Two paramedics kidnapped in rural Al-Suwaidaa

Al-Suwaidaa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: two paramedics in Al-Manara International Hospital in Damascus, were kidnapped by unknown persons at Jisr Shahbaa while heading to relieve a patient in Al-Suwaidaa city.

On December 24, SOHR reported that Al-Suwaidaa province has been witnessing a state of continuous security chaos. Sources told the Syrian Observatory that unknown gunmen opened fire on the car one of the kidnapping gangs’ leaders in “Ariqa” town in the countryside of al-Suwaidaa, which caused material damage but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory monitored on the 23rd of December 2019, that unknown people kidnapped a doctor, who is the director of Salkhad Hospital in al-Suwaidaa countryside last night. Sources reported that his car was found in Rasas village, but no additional info as to who kidnapped him.
