Activists call for demonstrations tomorrow against the presence of regime forces and Iran in Deir Ezzor

Activists in Deir Ezzor province called for demonstrations to be launched tomorrow, Friday, in the area of Al-Mahlajah roundabout and Al-Shuhayl town in Deir Ezzor countryside, in rejection for the presence of regime forces and Iranian militias. They called upon the International Community and “International Coalition” to expel these militias from their areas.

On the 27th October 2019, SOHR reported about a new demonstration in Deir Ezzor against the regime forces and their presence in the area. Residents of al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor started a demonstration against the presence of the regime forces, rejecting any form of agreements with them. Also the demonstrators demanded the end of the Iranian expansion in Deir Ezzor and the whole area

Over October 2019, SOHR monitored many demonstrations in al-Busayrah city, Al-Shuhayl and Abu Hamam towns, Al-Izbaa area, al-Sh’aytat, Al-Ma’amel in the east and north of Deir Ezzor, al-Kasra, Mhimideh, al-Hesan, Zghir Jazira, and al-Hawayej west of Deir Ezzor, in rejection for the presence of regime forces and Iranian militias in Deir Ezzor.
