Turkish military convoy enters from Khirbet al-Jawz crossing to the checkpoints in the “de-escalation” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed this evening the entry of a Turkish military column, from Khirbet al-Jawz crossing in the western countryside of Idlib. the column consists of about 12 vehicles carrying logistic equipment and soldiers, and it headed towards the observation post at Ishtabraq near Jisr al-Shughur.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on the 7th of January 2019 that SOHR sources have reported seeing a Turkish military column of nearly 20 vehicles, entering Syria via Kafr Lusin crossing point in the northern countryside of Idlib.

The column headed to the Turkish observation posts in the “de-escalation” zone.

On January 2, SOHR monitored the entry of a new Turkish military column via Kafr Lusin crossing point at the Syrian border with Iskenderun north of Idlib.

The column included military armored vehicles and other vehicles carrying logistic assistance. It headed to the observation posts in the “de-escalation” zone.
