ISIS Gunmen chant “the Islamic State is here to stay” in al-Busayrah streets in rural Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that 4 members of the “Islamic State” organization chanted “the Islamic State is here to stay” as they drove today on motorcycles carrying their machine guns on 20th Street in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
