Regime and Russian forces in rural Tal Tamr prevent U.S. armored vehicles from passing to the M4

Reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the regime and Russian forces stationed in Ghabish village in Tal Tamr countryside, prevented four U.S. armored vehicles from continuing their way towards the M4 which leads to Alyah Silos then to Ain Issa town in the north-western countryside of Al-Raqqah.
