21 persons killed across Syria yesterday, including 16 regime soldiers and loyalists

In Idlib province, a man was killed due to regime rocket fire after midnight on Telmanas town in southern rural Idlib.

16 regime soldiers and loyalists were killed in clashes against the factions and jihadis in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
