As aerial bombardment on Aleppo countryside continues, the regime shells rural Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this evening intensive ground shelling by the regime forces.
They carried out the shelling from their positions in the southeastern countryside of Idlib; targeting the towns of al-Tah and al-Dir al-Sharqi in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside.
Also, sporadic clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel factions and Jihadis in the fronts at the same countryside.
Meanwhile, the factions were able to shoot down a Russian reconnaissance drones there.

Many areas of Aleppo and Idlib countryside are witnessing the continuation of aerial bombardment for the tenth consecutive day of the new military escalation against “Putin – Erdogan” area, where regime’s helicopters dropped barrel bombs on al-Rashedin area in Aleppo.

The number of raids carried out by Russian jets since the morning increased to 40, during which places in Hass, Ma’ardabsa, Abu Jreif, Khan al-Subul, Serja, Telmens and Hantotin in rural Idlib, the vicinity of the 46th regiment, Ma’arat al-Artiq, al-Mansoura, al-Rashidin, Icarda, Kafr Naha, Khan al-Asal, Um Atabeh and Anadan in Aleppo were all targeted.
While the number of barrels-bomb dropped by regime helicopters increased to 34 on places in Ehssim, Ma’arat al-Numan, Hantoin, Deir Sunbol, Hass, Talmanes, Ma’ar Shorin, al-Ghadfeh and Kafr Rouma in rural Idlib, Tall Shoihneh, northwest of Aleppo, and Khan Toman in the south.

The number of raids carried out by regime jets increased to 22, targeting Saraqeb, Ma’rat al-Numan, Benin, Serja, the outskirt of Saraqeb and Damascus-Aleppo International highway.
