Unidentified gunmen kill a former ISIS commander in rural Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: unidentified gunmen opened fire on a citizen from Tayyana town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, who was riding a motorcycle on the outskirts of his town.
They killed him and stole his motorcycle.
It worth mentioning that he was a former commander in the “Islamic State” Organization.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 428 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the four provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah, and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 138 civilians including eight children and five women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 285 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and four members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human documented tens of injuries due to these assassinations.
