ISIS resurgence: ISIS members kill a civilian by a knife for dealing with SDF in eastern Deir ez-Zor

Reliable source informed SOHR that members of the Islamic State cells broke into the house of a civilian in Al-Hawaij village in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, taking him to the village’s desert, and then cutting his head off with a sharp object.

Then, they brought his body to the village center and they opened fired into the air, for dealing with SDF. It is worth mentioning that the victim works as an employee at the irrigation canal of the Deir ezzor civil council, and displaced from the city of Deir ez-Zor.
