Gunmen of Turkish-backed faction assault displaced civilian from Eastern Ghouta to seize the house he lives in rural Afrin

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: reliable sources informed SOHR that gunmen of the Turkish-backed faction of “Jaysh Al-Sharqiyyah” stormed a residential house in Jendires city in Afrin countryside. The group assaulted a civilian who had been displaced from the Eastern Ghouta, and beat him cruelly before his family.

The gunmen asked the civilian earlier to evacuate the house under the pretext of being owned by “Jaysh Al-Sharqiyyah” but he refused. It is noteworthy that he rented the house from its real owners who live in Jendires.

The civilian was forced to leave the house after being threatened of killing by the faction’s commander, via his gunmen, in the case that he would not leave the house immediately.
