Explosion in Al-Qamishli leaves civilian fatalities

Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists reported that an explosion of unknown nature rocked the Industrial Area in Al-Qamisli city this afternoon. The explosion took place in a plant for collecting scraps and plastics, killing one woman and a boy. According to Observatory sources, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) cordoned off the area and blocked the routes leading to it.
