Turkish forces shell rural Ayn Issa and Russian forces bomb positions of loyalist factions in the same countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this evening missile shelling by the Russian forces targeted positions of Turkish-backed factions in Abu Kharza and Sherkrak Silos north of Ayn Issa.

In the same context, the Turkish forces and the loyal factions shelled Ayn Isa village north of al-Raqqah, but no information about casualties so far.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 17th of February 2020 that it monitored shelling by the Turkish Forces and the Turkish-backed factions, targeting civilian homes in Qazali village and the “silos of Qazali” in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah.

Meanwhile, Turkish artillery targeted the villages of Harmala and the northern outskirts of Abu Rasin town in Hasakah countryside.

On the 16th of February, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored sporadic shelling carried out by the Turkish-backed factions, targeted Abu Rasin area and Tal Tamr countryside in al-Hasakah countryside.
