Turkish troops respond to regime aerial bombardment on Turkish post in Kansafra, while Russian raids kill five civilians in Jabal Al-Zawiya

Syrian Observatory sources report that regime jets targeted the perimeter of the Turkish post in Kansafra area in Jabal Al-Zawiya, south of Idlib. No information was reported so far about casualties. Turkish troops responded to the regime aerial bombardment with intensive rocket shelling targeting regime positions in both eastern and southern countryside of Idlib.

Separately, SOHR activists documented the killing of five civilians in Russian aerial bombardment on Kawkaba and Faterah in Jabal Al-Zawiya, amid ongoing bombardment by regime and Russian jets on towns and villages in Jabal Al-Zawiya and Kafr Nubl.
