50 persons killed across Syria yesterday, including 13 regime soldiers and loyalists

In Idlib province, 20 civilians were killed:

  • Four persons (two teachers, a schoolgirl and a female teacher) were killed in bombardment on several schools in Idlib city with cluster missiles.

  • Two civilians were killed as a result of regime airstrikes on residential neighborhoods in Idlib city.

  • Ten civilians, including six children and a woman, were killed in regime airstrikes on Ma’rat Misrin city.

  • A civilian female, a woman and her two children were killed in regime airstrikes on Binnish town.

 

In Aleppo province, a husband, wife and their little daughter from Afrin were killed in Turkish artillery shelling on the Kurdish-controlled village of Oqayba in Shirawa township in Afrin countryside.

The Turkish Jandarma shot dead a civilian woman while attempting to cross into the Turkish territory from the side of Kherbet Al-Juz in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside on Syria border with Iskenderun region, west of Idlib.

A civilian was shot dead by unknown assailants riding a motorcycle in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city.

Another civilian was shot dead by unknown assailants on the road between Jilin and Sahem Al-Golan towns in the western countryside of Daraa.

Unknown assailants assassinated two collaborators with the “military security branch” in Muzayrib town in the western countryside of Daraa.

Syrian Observatory sources reported hearing an explosion in Al-Barakemah area in Damascus city center. The explosion was caused by detonating an IED in a car, which killed the car’s driver and four other persons. The driver’s identity has not been known so far whether being a civilian or a military official.

Ten regime soldiers and loyalists were killed in clashes against opposition factions and jihadis in both Hama and Idlib countryside.
