Turkish drones avenge the killing of four Turkish soldiers by killing nine regime soldiers in Saraqeb

SOHR activists have documented the killing of nine regime soldiers and loyalists in attacks by Turkish drones on regime positions and military posts in Saraqeb city and countryside, east of Idlib.

On the other hand, reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that Russian military police withdrew from Saraqeb, since they entered the city yesterday. According to SOHR sources, the Russians objected to yesterday’s attack by regime-backed militias, believed to be Iranians or of the Lebanese Hezbollah, on Turkish troops nearby Saraqeb.

Meanwhile, Turkish intensive artillery fire and drones attacks paved the way for opposition factions and jihadi groups to unleash fierce attack on areas nearby Saraqeb city east of Idlib. The clashes are concentrated in Trenbeh area, west of Saraqeb, and nearby Afes area, north of the city.

Separately, fierce clashes are underway between regime forces and opposition factions , in Al-Ankawi and Sarmaniyah in Sahl Al-Ghab, in a bid by Syrian regime to advance into the area. Confirmed information has received about fall of fatalities among both warring forces.
