Clashes renew between Ankara-backed factions and Kurdish forces, north of Aleppo

Aleppo Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that violent clashes erupted on Thursday morning, on the vicinity of Mara city in northern Aleppo countryside, between Turkish-backed factions and Kurdish forces. Both sides have exchanged shelling and fire. Casualties have been reported among both sides.

SOHR reported yesterday that clashes erupted on the vicinity of Mara town in northern Aleppo countryside at dawn on Tuesday, between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions, in an attack launched by Kurdish forces on Turkish-backed faction’s positions, accompanied by exchange of shelling.

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of three members of Turkish-backed factions as a result of the clashes.
